Forms & Publications

UC Berkeley's Department of Public Safety makes certain safety publications available online. Many more help documents and forms (including brochures and flyers) are available online as PDF at both the UC Police Department and Office of Emergency Preparedness web sites. You may also pick up printed matter at the UC Police Department.
